In three weeks' time you could be well on your way to achieving your goals. This is our minimum term because we have a lot of information, knowledge and coaching we would like you to have and one or two weeks is just not long enough for you to get the benefits. With all plans, results happen very quickly in the first phase so after three weeks you'll likely already be seeing very favourable changes.
